Delete Your Account

If you'd like to delete your Weytu account and its associated data, follow the steps below. You don't need to have the app installed to do this.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to lasvegascubano@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete account", from the same email address you used to sign up for Weytu.
2. We'll confirm your request and delete your account within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your full name and email address.
• Your password (managed by Firebase Authentication).
• The last shared destination you saved (building/apartment).
• The device identifier linked to your account.
• Your subscription history stored in our database.

What is retained, and why

Stripe, our payment processor, may independently retain transaction records under its own retention policies, for legal, accounting, or tax purposes. We don't directly control or store those records ourselves — you can review Stripe's privacy policy for more detail.
